Will my new OEM auto parts be covered by the manufacturer warranties?

OEM parts sold and used outside of the United States are not covered by manufacturer warranties.

What international shipping methods are available?

You can choose from four options for overseas shipping of your auto parts order*:

  • USPS Priority Mail International shipping
  • USPS Worldwide Expedited
  • FedEx International Economy
  • DHL International

*Please note that we are generally unable to ship your order to a non-U.S. post office box (P.O. Box)

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping costs vary from carrier to carrier, but all take into consideration each shipment's size, weight, selected delivery speed, and additional services. As the shipping calculator on our checkout page may not accurately reflect shipping costs for larger orders shipped outside the continental United States, please contact us so we can accurately prepare your shipping quote.

Please also keep in mind that you (as the receiver) are responsible for all quoted shipping costs, broker fees, tariffs, duties, and taxes imposed on shipments outside the United States. As such, we reserve the option to place a secondary charge to your supplied payment method for any duties and taxes billed to New Auto Parts as a result of your order.

What is Value-Added Tax (VAT)?

Can shipping and billing addresses be different?

If paying by credit card, your shipping and billing addresses can be different AS LONG AS both are on file with the credit card issuer. If your shipping and billing addresses differ and are not on file with your credit card, please use "Checkout with PayPal" to complete your order.

How long does international shipping take?

Transit times are based on the commodity you are shipping, its destination, and which carrier and service you choose for delivery.

Weekday Orders
Orders placed Monday - Friday for in-stock parts will generally ship within 24 hrs of processing. Orders for parts not in-stock must be first ordered from the manufacturer and received by us before shipping out to you. All customers wil be notified by email regarding the status of their order.

Weekend & Holiday Orders
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Time Sensitive Orders
If an order is time-sensitive, please contact us immediately to confirm availability and shipping options.

What if I think my shipment is lost or delayed in customs?

After we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, you will receive an email from us with your shipping tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the website of your chosen shipping carrier. If the parcel hasn't moved for a long period of time, this normally indicates that it's delayed somewhere.

If you think your order is lost or delayed:

  1. First, check you order's shipping status:
    • Get your number found on your order confirmation email;
    • Go to our Order Status page, input your email and order number, and click on your tracking number;
    • On the carrier's website, review your order's tracking information to check its status.
  2. If - after checking the status of your order - you are still concerned that it may be lost, contact the carrier immediately and report your issue.
  3. After contacting the carrier, contact us. We can follow up with the carrier and investigate on your behalf.

Why is my shipment delayed at customs?

If you discover that your order is delayed at customs, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • Missing documentation
  • Incomplete, missing or inaccurate information on documentation
  • Additional documentation needed by regulatory agencies
  • Processing required by additional regulatory agencies
  • Missing piece(s) of multiple-piece shipment

Once all requirements are fulfilled, your shipment will be cleared to move to its final destination.
