1. Contact Us
Contact one of our Customer Support Specialists at 1-877-498-7278 (U.S. customers) or 508-295-9095 (international customers) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 20 days of your delivery receipt.
2. Get Your Return Authorization (RA) # & Form
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) # and email you the necessary RA form.
3. Return Your Items
Fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form and include it along with the item(s) you want to return in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
*** Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or New Auto Parts error.
4. Receive Your Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a full refund/credit (excluding return shipping costs, if applicable) to the original method of payment used to place the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
