What if my order does not go through – are you available by phone?

Yes, we have included information about our online ordering process to answer many of your questions. However, if you need assistance we are available by phone – simply give us a call at 1-877-498-7278. International customers please phone 1-508-295-9095.

We’re open Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

What if I ordered the wrong part? Can I return it?

In most instances, the answer is yes. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Why do you need my vehicle's VIN?

Your vehicle's VIN is like its own special fingerprint - unique only to itself. Without your vehicle's VIN, we cannot guarantee the part you order will fit your vehicle. Read more about why we need your VIN.

Will the parts I purchase from NewAutoParts.com be genuine parts?

Yes. NewAutoParts.com is very pleased to offer our customers the entire OEM catalog of new original parts and accessories as well as original re-manufactured parts and accessories. We primarily serve our customer’s vehicle parts needs from 1995 to present.

In some instances when new original parts and accessories are discontinued and are no longer available, we are able to offer aftermarket parts and accessories from more than 300 aftermarket manufacturers. However, we'll contact you if you've tried to order a discontinued part and let you know your options before we put anything in a box and ship it to you.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We process, inspect, package and ship most of our customers’ orders from our shipping facility located in Cranston, RI.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in the OEM automotive parts business for more than 25 years, but launched our first website in 2009. Our vision was to build a virtual automotive parts store online that would offer new genuine GM parts and accessories at WHOLESALE prices to everyone and also combine that with exceptional customer service, technical parts services, telephone support, and discounted worldwide shipping services.

Can I open a commercial account?

It depends. Are you an automotive repair shop, custom vehicle shop, auto parts wholesaler/distributor, specialty manufacturer, fleet manager, procurement company, or government entity? If so, then yes. We’re happy to open an account for your business.
